Compare railway transfer rates
Published Gurgaon–New Delhi Railway Station transfer rates are ₹1,500 for Maruti Swift Dzire, ₹2,000 for Maruti Ertiga and ₹2,500 for Innova Crysta. Confirm the direction, exact Gurgaon pickup or drop and final quote. A return trip, additional stops or extended waiting should be quoted separately; do not assume both directions are included in a transfer price.
For a train departure
Share the train number, travel date, station name and scheduled departure time. New Delhi Railway Station has different road-side approaches; confirm the entrance you need rather than sending only the station name. Discuss the reporting time with enough allowance for road traffic, luggage and reaching your platform. Arrival at a specific time cannot be guaranteed.
For a station arrival
Give the booking desk a reachable passenger number and the expected arrival time. Agree a practical meeting point outside the station and ask how waiting is charged if the train is delayed. If the train or entrance changes, contact the desk before the driver heads to the old meeting point.
Luggage and additional passengers
Count all travellers and bags, including large suitcases. An Ertiga or Innova may suit some groups, but passenger seats do not guarantee enough room for every bag. For a larger group, ask about a Tempo Traveller and confirm its access and parking arrangements at the chosen pickup point.
How to confirm your cab

Yes, send the exact station name and destination for a separate quote. New Delhi, Old Delhi and other stations are different pickup locations.
Are parking and waiting included?
Confirm parking, waiting, tolls and any applicable taxes with the desk before booking. The final agreed inclusions take precedence over a general package description.
