Ask about daily minimum distance, driver allowance and state charges. A per-kilometre number alone is not the total fare; request the calculation basis for your complete trip.

Count every traveller and all bags. Ask about the specific vehicle and boot space rather than choosing only by seat count. Share booking information with the official contact channels and avoid including unnecessary identity documents in a routine enquiry. Confirm the driver and vehicle details with the desk before departure.
Changing a plan or leaving a review
Call with the name and travel date used for the booking. Agree any revised quote or cancellation charge before accepting a change. After the ride, you can use our Google review link to describe your actual experience. Reviews are written and submitted on Google through the customer’s own account.
How to confirm your cab

Ask for the total fare or calculation basis, included hours and kilometres, payment arrangements and cancellation terms. Your enquiry is not a confirmed reservation until the booking desk accepts the itinerary and confirms availability.
