The local 8-hour / 80-km package is ₹8,000. The published outstation rate is ₹12,000 per day. Tolls and parking are extra, and the night charge after 10 pm is ₹300. Confirm the vehicle, not only the category
Tempo Traveller and Urbania are different vehicle options. The illustration on this page represents group travel, not a guarantee of a particular model. Request the actual vehicle details and seating configuration before confirming. Specify how many adults and children will travel, how many bags you have and whether you need room for bulky luggage.
Plan pickup access and multiple stops
Send all pickup locations in their preferred order. A larger vehicle may need an accessible meeting point outside a narrow lane or a restricted society entrance. Agree where the vehicle can wait, who will coordinate the group and whether separate return drops are needed. Extra stops and parking arrangements affect the plan.
Agree the whole outstation itinerary
Provide departure and return dates, overnight destinations and sightseeing stops. Ask which driver allowances, state charges and taxes apply.
